I grew up in the Midwest and obtained my master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. Currently, I am licensed in New York and New Jersey and am an approved supervisor for New Jersey social workers who are trying to obtain their clinical licenses. My passion is to help others. For well over a decade, I have worked in community-based organizations where I provided individual, couples, and family therapy to countless clients, helping them with a range of challenges including stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, communication, infidelity, and parenting. I also continue to supervise many social workers to help deepen their clinical practices and to further enhance their own work with their clients. I have been fortunate to study with some world leaders in the field and attended post-graduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family as well as training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and also Internal Family Systems. As an individual and family therapist, I use a holistic approach when working with clients. I understand the connection between our minds and our bodies and will work to help you feel more centered and in control. Every individual is different, and my approach is catered to meet your specific needs.
